The company, of Quebec origin, was born during the meeting between two software engineers Yann and Flavien in Montreal. They first created a Global Partnership to gather their expertise and fulfill the needs of the Quebec market in terms of software development, web and mobile applications.

During a mission, they met Adrien, a general engineer by training. Following the year 2020, which will be engraved in history, they formed a limited liability company upon their return to France.
